Just shot in the wild (New Orleans) in his own habitat (French Quarter), this trombone-player shows the coolest moves ever.

World Record

400 trombones playing at the same time. A new world record during the annual trombone festival in Birmingham last year. Apparently the old record was 289 by the Netherlands. Which got me thinking: Did they have 300 trombones and did 11 players not show up? Did 11 players forgot their trombone and just buzzing with your lips didn’t count for the attempt. Or did the 11 play along but were they disqualified for playing under influence? Anyway the new record is 400 and more can be read here.

Chickendance #2
All right class. Open your books on page 4, the history of the chickendance. This dance was originally a folk-tune from Switzerland. Recorded in 1980 by the Electronica’s, produced by Johnnie Hoes, and released as a B-side of their single called ‘radio 2000′.
This was a worldwide hit and sold over 35 million records. The version here is the premiere on Dutch T.v. and quiet frankly a do remember sitting in my pyjamas and watching this. More next week.
Manic Monday #14

A veeeeeery old tune this time. I Don’t know the exact date but it was recorded around 1993. This thing I wrote as an opening tune for my first band. The reason I’m posting this, is because last Saturday we held a reunion and really had a blast playing through all those old tunes. Archaeologists claim this is the oldest Schnauzer ever.

Zombie-tune spotting
Len just re-used my zombie-tune ‘March of the Zombies’ to illustrate the start of his ’31 days of Halloween’. I think it sounds just right , playing this song over the radio while driving with 31 coffins in the back of your car! You’re welcome Len ![]()

Videos like this are the reason the Schnauzerstudios.com are working on tunes in the first place!
You have to see/hear this one to believe it. I’m transforming the scene with the keyboardplayer into my avatar right now!
